1. Perfiles Community

The company PERFILES LATAM with physical address at Dorado City Center, Panama, has created a community with the purpose of offering a space to learn, grow through the experience of other young women, foster relationships and alliances.

2. Previous Information

These terms and conditions, together with the particular conditions, bases or rules that may be established for specific events, acts or assumptions, as well as the communications and instructions regulate the relationship between PERFILES LATAM and the members of the Community.

At this point, we assume that you are over 18 years of age. If the subscription is made on behalf of a minor, you are confirming that you are her legal tutor and have the status of parental authority. 

3. Community Activities and Services

Members of the PROFILES Community will be able to benefit from and participate in all the services and advantages offered at any time, either through the website, groups and Instagram channels, or any other means.

Additional requirements to be met by members of the PROFILES Community for each specific event will be expressly established at the time of subscription or application for participation. 

4. Responsibility

Members of the PROFILES Community agree (i) to make proper and legitimate use of the services and benefits offered and the contents of this Website and not to use them for illegal activities, whether civil, administrative, criminal or any other; (ii) not to violate the provisions of these terms and conditions and other sections of the PERFILES LATAM website (iii) to comply with the instructions and what it establishes in its communications with members, and (iv) not to violate current legislation, especially regulations on intellectual and industrial property, data protection, rights to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image.

Members, with full indemnity for PERFILES LATAM, shall be liable for any damages caused to PERFILES LATAM and/or third parties arising directly or indirectly from their actions or omissions.
Likewise, by way of example only and in no way limiting or excluding, members of the PROFILES Community agree not to enter, transmit or disseminate:

• Content of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic or terrorist nature, or content that violates human rights.
• Contents that promote criminal, denigrating, defamatory or violent acts or, in general, are contrary to the law, morals, good customs and public order.
• Information or contents that violate fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized both constitutionally and in international treaties or, simply, that are disturbing or antisocial, including flaming, spamming, flooding, trolling and griefing, as these terms are commonly understood and used on the Internet.
• Information or content that involves the violation of intellectual and industrial property rights (including, but not limited to, patents, trademarks and copyrights).
• Unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, spam, chain emails, pyramid schemes, etc.
• Data programs (viruses and malware) likely to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its suppliers or third party Internet users.

5. Publications in Social Networks

PERFILES LATAM is not responsible for the use that may be made of this information.

We ask all users to use the comments with the respect and politeness that they themselves wish to receive from others.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

PERFILES LATAM cannot control the use, by members and/or users, of the community website, as well as its contents, and for this reason shall not be liable for damages of any nature that may arise from an illicit, incorrect, inadequate or partial use, nor for any breach by the user of these conditions of access and use, as well as of any other condition or instruction that may appear on this website, or in any other media, regarding any of its services, benefits, products, or others, without prejudice, in any case, to the legal actions that may correspond to PERFILES LATAM and/or third parties.

7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

PERFILES LATAM reserves the right to exercise, at any time, the right to modify (including modifying, deleting and/or adding to) any part of these terms and conditions.

Unless expressly decided otherwise, the modifications shall take effect from the moment they are published, but shall not affect the rights of members already recognized.

8. Unsubscribe from the Community

Members may request cancellation of their membership in the PERFILES LATAM Community by sending an e-mail to community@perfileslatam.com

The exercise of the right to cancel personal data will imply, in turn, the request to unsubscribe from the PROFILES Community.

PERFILES LATAM may terminate the membership of any user of the Community who does not comply with the terms and conditions in force at any time.

Regardless of the above, the user can always decide in which specific activity, service or event he/she wants to participate.

9. Image Rights

Users who participate in community activities authorize PERFILES LATAM so that their names, surnames, image and voice can be captured, reproduced and published through any media, including social networks, for the management of the activities themselves or new editions, as well as advertising campaigns, or any other activity related to the services, events or benefits offered by the PROFILES Community, and without this authorization conferring them the right to receive any type of remuneration.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with Panamanian law. 

For any litigation arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of these terms and conditions, the courts and tribunals that correspond according to the legislation in force shall have jurisdiction.
